On Wednesday, July 5, Mikrobiomik won the award for Best Idea/Project, after having reached the final stage, where we competed against four start-ups that presented their projects and innovative ideas.
During the ceremony that took place at Tekniker’s facilities, in front of authorities and referents of the entrepreneurial sector of the Basque Country, the winners of the award were revealed.
Through the vote of a jury conformed by important public authorities belonging to institutions such as SPRI, CEBEK, BIC Gipuzkoa, the City Council of Eibar, the Basque Government, the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, among others, Mikrobiomik was chosen as the winner of the award.
The Toribio Echevarría awards have been given for 33 years and are organized by the City Council of Eibar and BIC Gipuzkoa and reward innovative ideas and entrepreneurial initiatives that seek to spread the culture of innovation and the transformation of the industrial and business sector of the Basque Country.
