MBK-01: a gut microbiota-based therapeutic platform

EUTEGRA (MBK-01) is a full-spectrum gut microbiota therapy with regulatory approval for the treatment of recurrent Clostridioides difficile infection. Beyond this indication, Eutegra constitutes the framework for an expanding clinical pipeline targeting conditions with high unmet medical needs.

Our pipeline includes two ongoing trials, a Phase II study for recurrent acute. We currently have two clinical trials exploring the role of microbial restoration as a therapeutic intervention in diseases where current options are limited.

  • Phase II trial in recurrent acute diverticulitis
  • Phase III trial in decompensated liver cirrhosis
